Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
Summary: The Account Manager is a client facing, revenue generating consultant with intermediate account management experience. The primary purpose is to build and maintain strong client relationships in order to strategically align technology and services in support of clients' business goals and objectives, to ensure that the company is delivering true business value to its clients, and to effectively preserve and increase/improve Nuvodia’s revenue stream.

General Description: The Account Manager must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced office environment in meeting continual deadlines. The Client Business Manager must be able to handle multiple priorities with constant interruptions. Organization is essential in order to meet deadlines. A sense of urgency, the ability to make good decisions, and the prioritization of tasks is necessary.

• Retains and manages clients with multiple Nuvodia product lines.
• Leverages the power of TROI’s end-to-end service capabilities to deliver value and increases assigned revenue stream.
• Develops and delivers client-facing presentations with limited supervision.
• Defines, manages, and meets client project and service expectations.
• Successfully renegotiates project & service terms to ensure success (where necessary).
• Leads complex client renewals and cross sells with limited supervision.
• Sustains strong ongoing relationships with middle and senior management both during and between active engagements.
• Forecasts and captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to ensure accurate product and services forecasting.
• Creates and oversees operational and capital budgets for clients.
• Oversees purchases as well as maintenance to client computer equipment and serves as an expert in technology consultants to their business principles and managers.
• Partners with operations to ensure production solutions meet business service level agreements.
• Ensures corporate compliance of solutions delivered, e.g. privacy, security and performance.
• Manages all milestones and ensures effective implementation of both long term and short term client projects.
• Communicates overall status as defined by scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
• Identifies and manages risks, issues, mitigations, and contingency plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelors Degree in MIS, information science, computer science, software, engineering, business, other related field or equivalent experience
• Experience:
o Minimum five years of experience in sales
o Develop sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on client feedback and market environments.
o Focus selling messaging on needs of customer.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
o Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
o Strong training and presentation skills.
o Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
o Able to work under pressure and close deadlines.
• Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio); Internet, Intranet
