Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
Summary: Performs administrative duties as assigned by the CEO or other SRWA administrators,; coordinates and attends meetings as requested; carries out daily responsibilities in a professional manner while following strict confidentiality standards. The Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions and project work for the SRWA. This position will also be accountable for coordinating SRWA projects effectively as assigned by the administrators of the SRWA. This position will apply structure to ensure successful implementation of projects/assignments through proper planning, budgeting, use of technology. The Coordinator provides coordination and manages the development and implementation of the vision/strategic plan of the SRWA.

General Description: The Coordinator interacts with the administrators and physician leaders of the various SRWA organizations, other employees of the various organizations as well as the general public. Performs confidential administrative duties in support of the CEO/administrators and SRWA, and other executive staff members as needed. Work requires independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are sensitive in nature as well as demonstrated ability to deal with high-level contacts inside and outside the SRWA. Maintains electronic filing system, types letters, initiates required administrative reports, arranges meetings and takes comprehensive meeting minutes, skilled in data gathering/research, and scheduling appointments.

• Coordinates the design and proper scoping of the assigned projects with the CEO and SRWA administrators
• Develops proper implementation plans, project timelines, and tracking systems for each project.
• Provides and ensures proper communication between all parties involved in the project; interacts with users to identify project requirements and resolve problems
• Performs complex and confidential administrative duties in support of the SRWA.
• Receives, screens, documents and routes telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepares meeting agendas, finalizes meeting minutes, schedules and organizes meeting accommodations and applicable technologies, and distributes action items
• Attend off-site meetings at least Quarterly or more frequently if directed
• Prepares, proofreads and edits letters and other documents
• Performs data gathering as directed by the SRWA
• Drafts PowerPoint presentations for CEO and administrators
• Copies, scans, faxes and prepares mailings for a variety of documents that may entail contracts, general correspondence, and legal documents, etc.
• Organizes and files documents that are not in electronic format.
• Schedules and prepares agendas for meetings as requested which includes coordination of participant’s schedules, set up of meeting room, meeting preparation, meeting room cleanup, etc.
• Performs miscellaneous projects that are assigned by CEO and administrators
• All work will relate to SRWA projects or goals
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: BA in Business or related field
• Experience: Three years of related experience
o Project Management experience preferred
o Advanced computer knowledge
o Minimum of 1 year of project or other operations or organizationally related functions
o Position requires advanced administrative skills
o Ability to follow instructions without close supervision
o Excellent organization, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
o Strong analytical, problem solving and sound decision making skills
o Ability to coordinate multiple activities and evaluate associated data
o Detail oriented, ability to multi task, prioritize projects depending on the demand

• Computer Skills: Advanced experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, Publisher), Internet, Intranet
• Background Check:
o Must be able to pass a background check required by RCW 43.43.830-840 to work with children under the age of 16, developmentally disabled persons or vulnerable adults
o In order to comply with provisions set forth in Sections 1128 and 1156 of the Social Security Act, all new employees of Inland Imaging Business Associates will be checked against the LIST OF EXCLUDED INDIVIDUALS provided by the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Employees must not be included on this list.
