Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
Summary: This is a “Hybrid” role whereby this individual will hunt for new business and manage existing accounts. It’s a client facing consultant with intermediate experience. The primary purpose is to find and build new client relationships in order to strategically align technology and Nuvodia services in support of clients' business goals and objectives. Additionally, the purpose it to ensure that Nuvodia is delivering true business value to a group of its existing clients. To manage effectively and increase/improve their revenue stream.

General Description: The Technology Consultant must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced office environment in meeting continual deadlines. The Technology Consultant must be able to handle multiple priorities with constant interruptions. Organization is essential in order to meet deadlines. A sense of urgency, the ability to make good decisions, and the prioritization of tasks is necessary.

• Identifies prospects for new Nuvodia product placement opportunities.
• Qualifies, proposes and closes “Net New” opportunities for Nuvodia.
• Demonstrates accurate forecasting - captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to insure accurate product and services forecasting.
• Develops and delivers client-facing presentations with limited supervision.
• Manages clients with multiple product lines.
• Defines, manages and meets client expectations and where necessary, successfully renegotiated project terms to ensure project success.
• Leads complex client renewals and cross sells with limited supervision.
• Sustains strong ongoing relationships with middle management and senior management both during and between active engagements.
• Drives efforts that positively impact client’s organization utilizing technology.
• Provides leverage for the power of Nuvodia’s end-to-end capabilities to deliver value.
• Partners with operations to ensure production solutions meet business service level agreements.
• Manages all milestones and ensures effective implementation of both long term and short term client projects.
• Communicates overall status as defined by scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
• Identifies and manage risks, issues, mitigations, and contingency plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelors Degree in MIS, information science, computer science, software, engineering, business, other related field or equivalent experience
• Experience:
o Minimum two years of experience in sales from design through implementation
o Develop sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on client feedback and market environments.
o Focus selling messaging on needs of customer.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
o Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
o Strong training and presentation skills.
o Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
o Able to work under pressure and close deadlines.
• Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio); Internet, Intranet
